1. Before work, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether the operating mechanisms of each part are normal, wipe the rocker arm guide rail clean with fine cotton yarn, and inject oil according to the lubricating oil grade.
2. After the rocker arm and spindle box are locked tightly, operation can only be carried out. 3. There should be no obstacles within the swing range of the rocker arm.
Before drilling, the workbench, workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools of the drilling machine must be aligned and tightened.
5. Correctly select the spindle speed and feed amount, and do not overload them.
6. When drilling beyond the workbench, the workpiece must be stable.
7. When the machine tool is running and automatically feeding, it is not allowed to change the tightening speed. If the speed is changed, it can only be carried out after the main shaft is completely stopped.
8. Loading and unloading cutting tools and measuring workpieces must be carried out during shutdown. It is not allowed to directly hold the workpiece for drilling or wear gloves for operation.
9. If abnormal noises are found during work, the vehicle must be immediately stopped for inspection and troubleshooting.
