Hydraulic rocker drill is a widely used large-scale drilling equipment with the advantages of complete performance, safe use, reliability, convenience, easy maintenance, high accuracy, good rigidity, and long service life. It can drill, expand, ream, spot facer, and tap holes on large and medium-sized parts. This article introduces some technical methods of 3063 hydraulic rocker drill for drilling inclined holes. The hydraulic rocker drill uses ordinary machining methods to drill holes. Due to the non perpendicularity of the drilling center and drilling plane, the drill bit is subjected to force on one side, and the radial force acting on the cutting edge of the drill bit will cause the drill bit axis to tilt to one side and bend, making it difficult to ensure the accuracy of the drilling position and the verticality requirements of the drilling hole, and the drill bit is prone to fracture. The technical method for hydraulic rocker arm drilling inclined holes is as follows:
1. Before drilling an inclined hole, a radial drill establishes a reference plane perpendicular to the drilling direction at the drilling position, and clamps the workpiece in a 45 degree direction relative to the drilling direction reference plane.
2. Mill the plane of the workpiece that needs to be drilled with an inclined hole into a plane perpendicular to the axis of the drill bit using an end milling cutter with the same aperture. After milling the plane, when drilling, first use a center drill cone to drill a large cone hole in the drilling processing plane, and then drill the hole.
